As a Residential Services Coordinator, you will play a vital role in providing a welcoming atmosphere and delivering exceptional service to all residents.

Your focus will be on enhancing the resident experience, aligning with their expectations while also achieving the financial objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


• Ensure the reception area is consistently staffed, allowing for managed absences to fulfill concierge responsibilities as necessary.


• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the building and surrounding area to assist residents and prospective tenants effectively.


• Professionally greet all visitors to the premises and support management during tours for potential residents.


• Handle incoming calls and inquiries promptly and courteously, documenting messages and calls as needed.


• Conduct daily inspections of the property and grounds, reporting any maintenance or security concerns.


• Maintain a concierge log to ensure effective communication and service consistency.


• Receive, document, and securely store mail and package deliveries for residents.


• Monitor CCTV systems to identify and mitigate any security risks.


• Participate in training and act as a member of the emergency response team as directed.


• Manage visitor access to the building, ensuring all necessary permits are obtained.


• Provide a responsive concierge service tailored to resident needs.


• Assist with annual safety inspections and compliance checks.


• Issue and track keys, access cards, and fobs according to established procedures.


• Conduct weekly safety tests, including fire alarms and lift operations.


• Report any maintenance and health and safety issues to the Building Manager.


• Collaborate with the managing agent on various tasks as requested, such as safety checks and utility readings.


• Implement procedures as directed by the Building Manager to ensure operational efficiency.

This position requires outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills, with a preference for candidates who have previous experience in a customer-facing or hospitality environment.

Experience: Customer-facing/hospitality: 1 year (preferred)

Education: Secondary education (Required)

• Experience in a Building Concierge, Receptionist, or similar role

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Organizational skills and efficient time management
