As a Property Manager with Residential Management Group Ltd, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential properties, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our clients' properties.

You will work closely with our clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver a high-quality property management service, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including lease administration, service charge budgeting, and maintenance coordination.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, residents, and contractors, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including finance, maintenance, and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery of property management services.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety, environmental, and data protection.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including lease documents, service charge accounts, and maintenance schedules.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Block Property Management experience
  • ATPI/AIRPM qualification
  • Understanding of leases, service charge budgeting, and associated legislation
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Confident and customer-centric mindset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • A full UK driving licence and own car
