Position Overview: Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce plays a pivotal role in our strategy at Awaze, being central to our international owner and guest platform initiatives. We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to collaborate closely with our Salesforce Product Subject Matter Expert, contributing significantly to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms, including user account management, report generation, dashboard creation, process automation, and routine task handling to ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Engage in hands-on configuration tasks such as creating reports, adjusting page layouts, designing flows, establishing validation rules, and maintaining custom objects, record types, and field relationships.
  • Collaborate with the development team on custom applications and integrations.
  • Work alongside the Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Lead Administrator to propose enhancements to platform configurations or introduce new tools and methodologies.
  • Proactively suggest improvements to platform configurations and explore new tools or processes.
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions.
  • Communicate system updates and changes effectively to users, and create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and training materials as new applications are developed.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Salesforce Design Authority and broader teams to strategize and execute optimal plans.
  • Manage system permissions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Adhere to Salesforce best practices to ensure optimal system performance, maintainability, and scalability across all tasks and configurations.
  • Ensure compliance with the Awaze Salesforce deployment lifecycle, encompassing development, testing, and production environments, while following best practices for version control and change management.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce Service Cloud; familiarity with other Salesforce products (e.g., Pardot and Marketing Cloud) is a plus, along with a willingness to learn.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential.
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Certification is desirable.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
  • Ability to design and implement new processes while facilitating user adoption.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
