Position Summary

The Lead Salesforce Systems Administrator will be responsible for the ongoing management and enhancement of the Salesforce CRM system. This role involves hands-on configuration of Salesforce and the development of automated workflows using Flow. A significant aspect of this position is to deliver comprehensive Salesforce training to users who may not have a technical background. Familiarity with platforms such as Sales Cloud and Service Cloud is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Proficient hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, particularly with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Capability to design, maintain, and troubleshoot automated processes within Salesforce utilizing Flow
  • Experience in a technology-driven environment
  • Ability to conduct extensive training sessions and create documentation to enhance Salesforce user education
  • Possession of a Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
