Salesforce Systems Administrator

An exciting opportunity awaits for a seasoned Salesforce Systems Administrator to become part of a rapidly expanding private equity-backed B2B software-as-a-service organization.

In the role of Salesforce Systems Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing the Salesforce platform, which serves as the core of the organization’s Sales and Marketing technology ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing and maintaining the Salesforce platform, which includes user setup, roles, profiles, and permissions.
  • Leading change initiatives to customize and configure Salesforce to adapt to the evolving requirements of the business, which encompasses creating custom objects, managing fields, developing formulas, advanced flows, validation rules, page layouts, and deploying modifications from sandbox environments.
  • Implementing and managing integrations between Salesforce and other systems as well as third-party applications, primarily including HubSpot, Salesloft, Zendesk, and Gainsight.
  • Promoting 'data integrity' throughout the organization’s sales and marketing technology stack, monitoring data quality, and proactively resolving any issues.
  • Developing and maintaining reports and dashboards within Salesforce to deliver actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Providing end-user support and training for Salesforce, promptly addressing system issues and user inquiries.
  • Keeping abreast of Salesforce releases, features, and best practices to enhance system capabilities continuously.
  • Ensuring compliance with data security and privacy regulations, while advocating for compliance within the sales team.
