Position: Salesforce Administrator
Salesforce plays a pivotal role in our strategy at Awaze, being central to our international owner and guest platform initiatives. As we continue to expand, we are in search of a skilled Salesforce Administrator to collaborate closely with our Salesforce Product Subject Matter Expert, fulfilling a vital role within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily administration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms, including user account management, report and dashboard generation, process automation, and routine task handling to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Engage in hands-on configuration, which includes but is not limited to reports, page layouts, flows, validation rules, and the creation and maintenance of custom objects, record types, object relationships, and fields.
- Collaborate with the development team on custom applications and integrations.
- Work alongside the Product Manager, Business Analyst, and Lead Administrator to propose enhancements to platform configuration or introduce new tools and methodologies.
- Proactively suggest improvements to platform configuration or new tools and workflows.
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement timely solutions.
- Effectively communicate system changes and updates to users, and create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configurations, and training materials as new applications are developed.
- Collaborate with other members of the Salesforce Design Authority and broader teams to strategize and execute optimal plans.
- Manage system permissions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Adhere to Salesforce best practices to guarantee optimal system performance, maintainability, and scalability across all tasks and configurations.
- Ensure compliance with the Awaze Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including development, testing, and production environments, while following best practices for version control and change management.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred; familiarity with other Salesforce products (such as Pardot and Marketing Cloud) is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification is essential.
- Salesforce Service Cloud Certification is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionalities.
- Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
