Role: Salesforce Administrator

Salesforce is key to our plans here at awaze and is front and centre of our international owner and guest platform strategy. And as part of our continued growth plans, we're currently looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to work closely with our Salesforce Product SME, playing a key role within the team.

What will your role be?

  • Perform daily administration of Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud platforms, managing user accounts, generating reports and dashboards, automating processes, and handling routine tasks to ensure seamless system operation.
  • Hands on configuration - including but not limited to reports, page layouts, flows, validation rules, create and maintain custom objects, record types, object relationships, standard and custom fields.
  • Collaborate with the development team on custom applications and integrations.
  • Work closely with the Product Manager, BA, and Lead Admin in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the platform, or new tools or ways of working.
  • Being pro-active in suggesting improvements to the configuration of the platform, or new tools or ways of working.
  • Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
  • Effectively communicate system changes and updates to users, create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help/training related materials for users as new applications are developed.
  • Work with other members of the Salesforce Design Authority and wider teams to determine plans and execute the best strategy.
  • Manage system permissions and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Always follow Salesforce best practices to ensure optimal system performance, maintainability, and scalability across all tasks and configurations.
  • Ensure adherence to the Awaze Salesforce deployment lifecycle, including development, testing, and production environments, while following best practices for version control and change management.

What will you offer?

  • At least 1-2 years Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization experience.
  • Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud is preferred, although knowledge of other Salesforce products (i.e. Pardot & Marketing Cloud) would be great and a willingness to learn new things is essential.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (essential)
  • Salesforce Service Cloud Certification (nice to have)
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
  • Ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
  • Excellent analytical and organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task and work to deadlines under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
