Position Overview

We are currently seeking Registration Support Associates (Welsh Essential) for a full-time, fixed-term contract. The roles are designed to offer 36 hours per week with some flexibility.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual salary ranging from £23,260 to £25,942 (pro rata)
  • 28 days of annual leave plus bank holidays (pro rata)

Key Responsibilities

The Registration Support team is tasked with:

  • Processing applications for registration on the Register of Social Care Workers
  • Assisting individuals in maintaining their registration details, including employment and personal information
  • Facilitating the renewal process for registrations
  • Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data within the Register
  • Responding to inquiries via email and phone
  • Guiding customers in utilizing the online portal and website
