These are bilingual positions, requiring fluent spoken and written Welsh and English. This role is full-time, with a commitment of 35 hours per week.The Customer Service Advisor position is full-time, requiring 35 hours per week across five days. Shifts will be scheduled between 8 AM and 6 PM, primarily Monday to Friday, with some flexibility required for weekend shifts if necessary.
