We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for resolving customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. You will have experience of communicating with customers via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.

You will also have general IT skills, such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and be able to work accurately and efficiently. Experience of working within a quality assurance role or similar experience is desirable.

The successful candidate will be able to work closely with the operations team to understand their needs and drive positive change across the business. You will also be able to positively influence internal and external stakeholders to deliver world-class service to customers.
