Fawkes & Reece are looking for a Registrations Administrator to join our compliance team based in central London. The Registrations Administrator will deputise for the Compliance Manager in their absence and will support the recruitment team in administering the company's compliance policies and procedures.

The ideal candidate will have great organisational and administrative skills, who is capable at working in a fast paced environment

Registration Support;

  • Uploading of new starters Right to work documentation
  • Chasing new starters for missing Registration documentation
  • Verifying ID/Qualification checks
  • Working from reports to keep documents updated and renewals are completed on time and do not lapse
  • Support internal and external Audits
  • General Admin skills including filing
