We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Course Administrator to become a vital part of our office-based first-response team within the Resources team in the Administrator department.

The main objective of this position is to oversee the administration of NEBOSH, IOSH, and IEMA courses for clients and customers around the globe.
You will handle a portfolio of clients and customers, delivering comprehensive post-sales support to guarantee a smooth and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring the highest level of customer service while keeping them updated on learner progress from registration to certification.
- Distribute joining instructions to clients (In-Company) and customers (Open) courses.
- Prepare course documentation, including planning sheets and attendance records.
- Ensure course trainers receive all necessary materials and arrangements.
- Confirm delegate numbers with Open venues.
- Collect and analyze post-course feedback for continuous improvement.
- Update relevant job files and digital systems.
- Manage delegate practical assessment submissions.
- Prepare and issue certificates to clients/students.
- Oversee inboxes, responding to student inquiries via telephone and email.
- Assist colleagues with their course administration as needed.
- Provide coverage for colleagues during periods of annual leave or sickness.
Essential Qualifications:
- Proficient understanding and working knowledge of all Microsoft applications.
- Strong word-processing capabilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and be self-motivated.
- Strong initiative and capacity to manage tight deadlines and varying workloads.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Team-oriented while also capable of working unsupervised.
- Customer-focused with an excellent telephone demeanor.
