Resource Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Resource Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team. This is a 3-month contract with the possibility of extension.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support training officers with procurement and organization of training courses
  • Organize and promote training courses across children's services
  • Maintain databases and provide statistical reports as required
  • Work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
  • Provide administrative support to the training team, including setting up rooms and preparing materials

Requirements:

  • Basic DBS certificate
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Ability to work immediately or at short notice

Working Arrangements:

  • Work from our office in County Hall at least once a week
  • Attend training courses as required
