Position Overview:

As a Ticketing Operations Associate, you will play a vital role at the station, working collaboratively within a dedicated team. This position serves as the initial and final point of contact for our customers in a bustling environment. You will also be tasked with collecting fares from passengers traveling without valid tickets. While the role can present challenges, it offers significant rewards.

Your Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing exceptional service to all customers
  • Supporting the daily functionality of the automated ticketing systems
  • Ensuring the safety of customers and addressing their inquiries
  • Conducting ticket inspections and issuing tickets as necessary
  • Responding to customer needs during service interruptions
  • Maintaining a tidy and professional appearance of the ticketing area by removing litter and ensuring clear pathways for customers
  • Facilitating ticket sales through a mobile ticketing device and managing related financial processes

Additional Information:

The role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
