Restaurant Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at Wingstop UK. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our restaurants.
  • Manage the day-to-day running of shifts, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant performance, including sales growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and implement company-wide initiatives.
  • Provide coaching and training to restaurant staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety across the restaurant.
  • Manage restaurant budgets and financial performance, including labor costs, inventory, and sales.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a restaurant management or supervisory role, preferably in a fast-paced QSR environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
