About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shift Leader to join our team at Hall & Woodhouse Ltd. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pub, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the pub, including opening and closing procedures, security, and safety protocols.
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all guests.
  • Monitor and control costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and staff engagement.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve business objectives and drive growth.
Requirements
  • Previous supervisory experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in a pub or restaurant setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive experience for all guests.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and priorities.
