A challenging opportunity has arisen for a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at Hamilton Rowe Recruitment Services Ltd. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in a critical environment, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance services to our clients.
About the Role:
As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, overseeing the completion of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of equipment and systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, reporting to clients, and attending meetings as required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Completing logbooks and RAMS
• Reporting on maintenance activities and outcomes
• Attending client meetings and liaising with client representatives
• Managing permits to work and ensuring safe working practices
• Raising and closing jobs on PDA's as necessary
• Ensuring corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations
• Managing planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, Generators, associated plant and equipment, HVAC cooling / heating systems covering CRAC units
• Monitoring BMS and other systems for running and alarm conditions
Requirements:
• City & Guilds Electrical Installations Level 3 / NVQ or equivalent qualification
• Willingness to become an HV Authorised Person HVAP
• Critical site experience preferable (Data Centre or Banking Sites)
• Client Management
• Ability to manage a team
• Building Services Maintenance experience
