Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Store Team: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing store team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
- Visual Merchandising: Maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store, ensuring effective use of space and stock availability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent customer service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
- Store Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including stock management, inventory control, and cash handling.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the management team, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting strategies to drive sales growth.
Requirements:
- Proven Retail Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a retail management role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
