What we seek in our Assistant Kitchen Manager:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in a similar role and demonstrate a passion for consistently producing remarkable dishes. A hands-on approach and familiarity with a commercial kitchen environment are essential.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with kitchen and food safety standards, assisting in stock management, and contributing to menu planning and execution.

We encourage our culinary team to explore various kitchen areas to enhance their skills and knowledge, including hot and cold sections, larder, sauces, and butchery.

You will play a vital role in mentoring our emerging talent and will collaborate closely with Rory and our Sous Chef to build on your strengths and experiences.

The ability to work under pressure, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset are crucial for collaborating with our Front of House Team to ensure a memorable experience for our guests.

Our establishment operates seven days a week, so flexibility to work weekends is necessary.
