What are we seeking?
The ideal candidate will possess outstanding customer service abilities, a talent for building key relationships with clients, high standards of sales and negotiation skills, and a keen awareness of the broader market landscape.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Establishing new distribution channels for Adnams beer and spirits
- Overseeing volume and turnover alongside profit and loss for Adnams products, including new product distribution and promotional strategies
- Managing product mix to ensure a balance between volume and margin
- Meeting sales targets for Adnams Beers, Bitburger, and Wines
- Executing marketing promotional activities
- Identifying opportunities to enhance sales through exceptional customer service
- Developing promotional strategies for managed chains at the operational level
