Job Title: Senior Commercial Manager

Role Purpose: The Senior Commercial Manager will be responsible for leading the commercial team in delivering commercial duties and managing the supply chain. They aim to minimize project costs and enhance value for money while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Governance and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, and maintain accurate records of commercial activities.
  • Commercial Analysis and Decision Making: Conduct thorough analysis of commercial data to inform business decisions and drive cost savings.
  • Cost Engineering and Estimating: Develop and implement cost engineering strategies to optimize project costs and improve efficiency.
  • Procurement and Supply Chain Management: Manage the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Commercial Management and Reporting: Provide regular commercial reports to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as quantity surveying or business administration.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a commercial role, with a strong understanding of commercial principles and practices.
