Client Support Specialist - Hybrid Role

Are you currently working in the Retail or Hospitality sector and seeking a more balanced work-life experience? In this role, you will enjoy a structured work schedule of 37 hours per week, with no weekend or evening shifts. We provide comprehensive training, so prior experience is not a requirement. The starting salary for this position is £24,000 per annum. You will also benefit from the extensive perks associated with working for one of the UK's leading independent Insurance Brokers – Ardonagh Advisory.

Initially, your work will be conducted from our office, where you will find excellent transport links and complimentary parking, all within a friendly and supportive team environment. After completing your training and probation period, you will have the option to transition to a hybrid working model, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely each week.

Key Responsibilities of the Client Support Specialist:

Deliver exceptional customer service and assistance to our Employee Benefit Consultants, clients, and insurers via phone and email. Serve as the primary contact for all client and insurer inquiries, proactively aiding with policy renewals and new business initiatives. Assist with administrative tasks, including invoicing, accounts management, claims processing, and underwriting. Collaborate effectively within a team environment, where mutual support and achievement of collective goals are paramount.
