Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Support Specialist to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contract Management: Produce employment contracts and changes to terms and conditions documentation, ensuring accurate information is provided to all establishments within the agreed Service Level Agreement.
- Job Advertising: Place job adverts on the application tracking system and various job boards, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and policy.
- HR Administration: Perform HR support responsibilities in a timely and accurate manner, generating and distributing HR documentation as required.
- Recruitment Support: Provide recruitment administration support for all vacancies, ensuring requisition and advertising of jobs are completed in line with the agreed SLA.
- Records Management: Ensure records are managed appropriately in line with policies and procedures.
- Additional Duties: Carry out any other HR administration duties as required by the HR team.
