Team Assistant

Job Summary:
The Scottish Public Services Ombudsman is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant to join our Improvement, Standards and Engagement (ISE) team. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support across all functions, ensuring the effective running of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage shared team email inboxes and associated administration
- Provide administrative support for work led by colleagues in the ISE team, including projects such as Child Friendly Complaints and Engagement and Communications
- Support the team in achieving its objectives, including data input and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's general clerical or administrative experience
- Strong administration and organization skills, with attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a team
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
