Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Facilities Management Assistant to join our team at CBSbutler. As a Facilities Management Assistant, you will play a critical role in the coordination of facilities management activities, ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the facilities site manager and building custodians to develop and implement effective site/building process confirmation routines and action follow-up procedures.
  • Manage action recording and timely follow-up and updates to relevant business areas on facilities management topics.
  • Act as the key interface for facilities management at local business level working groups when required.
  • Provide support to the facilities site manager in addressing reactive/unplanned daily issues that arise across the plant.
  • Collaborate with the Environmental, Health & Safety Controller on Environmental, Health & Safety topics requiring action/improvement.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have extensive experience in facilities management in an assistant position or similar in a factory or production facility.

You will possess effective communication skills and good problem-solving skills, with the ability to confidently liaise with local leadership teams.
