**Job Purpose**: As the Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Production, CAD, and Contracting departments. As the Operations Assistant your primary responsibility will be to manage day-to-day administrative activities across the Operations site. This includes handling diary management, meeting coordination, and other essential administrative tasks.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Provide Production Support by printing and plotting construction status drawings for manufacture, updating the Production SmartSheet, and compiling procurement schedules for Ironmongery and Ancillary components.
- Offer CAD Support by maintaining the Production Smartsheet, monitoring external portal drawing/specification downloads, and managing SB Joinery drawing folders consistently across projects.
- Assist the Contracting Team in procurement activities, administrative tasks, and document control related to Delivery Works Schedules (DWS) and Variation Orders (VOs).
- Liaise with procurement for purchase order status confirmation and proposed delivery dates.
- Coordinate and schedule reactive requests from different site(s) to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain a definitive delivery notes system for specific projects, filing them to our server.
- Collaborate with Purchasing for the procurement of materials, samples, and components.
- Arrange plant hire and off-hire and ensure the plant register is accurately populated and maintained.
- Support construction issue resolution by providing status drawings and necessary assistance.

- Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility for assigned tasks.

**Desirable Skills and Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in a Manufacturing/Construction environment.
- Good level of education, including Maths and English GCSE.

**Working Hours**
- Working hours are 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
