Job Description

**Customer Service Operations Manager**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at The Growth Consultants. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the customer service operations to new heights.

About The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and managing customer service operations within budget and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). This will involve enhancing customer service operations to reduce customer effort and boost retention, monitoring Service Level Agreement (SLA) compliance, and managing successes and failures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service operations and reduce customer effort.
  • Monitor and analyze customer service metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service delivery.
  • Coach and train customer service employees to maintain high competence levels.
  • Manage customer service resources, including personnel, to ensure timely task completion.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for problem prevention and process improvement.

Requirements

  • A successful background leading and managing customer service teams in a Business-to-Business (B2B) environment.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement within the department and team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to listen and influence peers and team members.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure timely task completion.
