About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to clients across various service areas, including food delivery, café, bars, convenience shops, and accommodation.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth operation and meet customer needs.
- Take ownership of stocking food and beverage areas, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Participate in regular day-to-day activities to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, and maintain a flexible approach to work.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong commitment to customer care.
- Able to undertake manual cleaning duties and maintain a high level of physical fitness.
- Positive attitude and a passion for working in a catering environment.
