Administrative Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our specialist team in Newtown. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the administrative functions of the business, with a focus on data entry and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Inputting data onto company systems and databases with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining and updating records, ensuring all information is current and complete
- Assisting with document management, filing, and archiving as needed
- Communicating with other departments to ensure smooth information flow
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and emailing
- Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and documentation as required
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in line with company policies and health & safety guidelines
- Previous experience in an administrative role, particularly in data entry
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Awareness of health and safety procedures within an office environment
- 28 days holiday
