Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the personal care and cosmetic industries in the UK and Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining new customer relationships, promoting our ethos of customer-centricity, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to take our biosurfactants to market
  • Identify and target new customers in the personal care and cosmetic industries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
  • Manage and update our CRM system to build a global customer pool
  • Travel approximately 50% of the time to build customer relationships and attend industry events

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in consultative and technical sales to both personal care manufacturers and brands
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and performance metrics
  • A technical background, such as a relevant scientific degree or equivalent
