About the Role

Adecco UK is seeking a committed and safety-conscious individual to work as a Customer Assistant at various train stations. As a key member of our team, you will provide a first-class service to our customers while ensuring their safety at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively operate the gates to ensure the safety of all passengers.
  • Deliver excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Report any incidents and take measures to ensure the safety of the station.
  • Conduct ticket checks and report any irregularities to Revenue Protection.
  • Wear uniform and ID badge when working on shift and traveling to and from that shift.

Requirements

  • Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide effective solutions.
  • Good written communication skills to aid in producing reports.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
