Strategic Business Process Improvement Manager

This role is essential in pinpointing and leading strategic Business Process Improvement (BPI) projects to create substantial benefits for ADP, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. The position reports directly to the Director of Business Excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new strategic BPI initiatives that align with business goals
  • Facilitate workshops aimed at enhancing processes across various regions
  • Implement both incremental and transformative changes through BPI projects
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders to ensure BPI initiatives are aligned
  • Engage with stakeholders to gain support for proposed improvements
  • Perform data analysis to inform decision-making
  • Document processes and ensure accountability among stakeholders for deliverables
  • Oversee project scope and provide expertise in change management
  • Report on progress to senior stakeholders and advocate for BPI within the organization
  • Provide training to team members on process improvement techniques

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Graduate-level education or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of 3 years of operational experience, preferably in payroll or Human Capital Management
  • Extensive background in BPI and successful change management
  • Demonstrated capability in leading cross-functional project teams and managing stakeholder relationships

Competencies & Skills:

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Effective presentation skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Collaborative mindset with strong project management capabilities
  • Highly organized with robust analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in tools such as Microsoft Visio and Lean Six Sigma methodologies

Travel to various ADP locations may be necessary for this position.
