Business Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Administrator to join our team at Verlingue. As a key member of our Affinity & Schemes team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our clients and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities- Process and create documentation for renewals and midterm adjustments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Process invoices, credit notes, and premium finance adjustments, maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Update, verify, and maintain internal system data and spreadsheets, utilizing tools such as Acturis and Excel.
- Control diary systems, ensuring efficient delivery of administration support tasks and taking responsibility for task completion.
- Produce important client documentation using external insurer websites.
- Support and collaborate with team members to foster a productive and fluid working environment.
- Suggest and implement improvements, solutions, and efficiency gains to existing processes within the team.
- Utilize Acturis, Excel, Macro, Adobe Pro, and other tools to carry out daily tasks, increase efficiencies, and enhance service delivery to clients.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry codes of practice, and the Company's own procedures and rules.
- Maths and English at Grades A-C (or equivalent).
- Business Administration Qualifications - desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Accurate and efficient administration.
- Attention to detail and high standards of work.
- A can-do attitude with the ability to take responsibility.
- Drive to achieve results, solve problems, and deliver high-quality service.
- Ability to manage time, organize tasks, and work to deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge and skills.

- Capacity to use technology for optimal benefit.
- Experience and minimum basic knowledge of Excel.
- Aligned with the Verlingue values and behaviors.
- Understanding of intermediate/advanced Excel concepts for data management, such as VLOOKUPS, Mail Merge, and Macros - desirable.
- Experience in using Microsoft and third-party programs for problem-solving and creating efficiency gains - desirable.
