- Reporting and Analytics: Produce ad-hoc reports and statistics for tasks such as annual bonus payments and pay reviews, providing valuable insights to inform business strategy.
- HR Query Resolution: Respond to HR-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate support to resolve issues.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor HR metrics and produce regular HR reports, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Professional Development: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and Human Resources, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Project Support: Assist with the administration and delivery of HR projects, providing support to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve HR-related issues, providing timely and effective solutions to support employees and the business.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for HR-related services, ensuring seamless collaboration and support.
- Employee Recognition: Administer the employee birthday gift process, demonstrating appreciation and recognition for employees' special days.
- Education: A-Level standard education or above is advantageous.
- GCSEs: At least two GCSEs, including English and Maths.
- HR Experience: Previous HR administration experience, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities, with good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000, reflecting your skills and experience.
