Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our team at Reed. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR-related systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR software system.
- Administer training, recruitment, promotion, and probation processes.
- Communicate changes to employee records and terms & conditions to the payroll department and line managers.
- Manage all sickness and other absence records.
- Produce ad-hoc reports and statistics for tasks such as annual bonus payments and pay reviews.
- Respond to HR-related queries from employees.
- Monitor HR metrics and produce regular HR reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and Human Resources.
- Assist with the administration and delivery of HR projects.
- Resolve HR-related issues.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers for HR-related services.
Requirements:
- A-Level standard education or above is advantageous.
- At least two GCSEs, including English and Maths.
- Previous HR administration experience.
- Ability to work under pressure with conflicting priorities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
