Senior Business Development Manager

Chubb Fire & Security Group is seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our global strategy and development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the setting and execution of our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Market Analysis: Identify trends in the marketplace and monitor the competitive landscape to determine its impact on our strategic roadmap and uncover opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Strategic Partnerships: Leverage strategic relationships with customers, competitors, suppliers, and professional organizations to evaluate internal and external strategic issues that could affect growth.
- Corporate Strategic Planning: Partner and support in the development, management, and execution of the strategic planning process, partnering across the organization to deliver long-term strategic plans.
- Strategic Projects Execution: Work alongside business units and other functions to enable and ensure the success of major growth initiatives, owning and driving the execution of selective strategic projects.
- Mergers and Acquisitions: Identify and build a pipeline of M&A opportunities in collaboration with business units and aligned to our strategy.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including department heads, managers, and employees, fostering collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives.
- Considerable work experience acquired at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an internal strategy department for a high-growth organization.
- Undergraduate degree with a focus in Finance or Commerce. Attainment of a MBA, CFA, CIV, or ACA is desirable.
- A successful track record in evaluating business and/or major capital initiatives that have had a high impact on a high-growth company.
- Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on strategic questions and draw conclusions from large and/or complex data sources.
- Proven ability to partner with other functions/business leaders on complex problems and business issues.
- The ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
