Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our global strategy and development team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the setting and execution of our strategic goals, driving business growth, and identifying new opportunities for innovation and expansion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify trends in the marketplace and monitor the competitive landscape to determine their impact on our strategic roadmap and uncover opportunities for growth.
  • Leverage strategic relationships with customers, competitors, suppliers, and professional organizations to drive business growth and expansion.
  • Evaluate internal and external strategic issues that could affect our growth and develop strategies to mitigate any risks.
  • Partner with our business units and other functions to enable and ensure the success of major growth initiatives.
  • Own and drive the execution of selective strategic projects, including mergers and acquisitions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including department heads, managers, and employees, to foster collaboration and alignment on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Considerable work experience acquired at a top-tier consulting firm and/or in an internal strategy department for a high-growth organization.
  • Undergraduate degree with a focus in finance or commerce, and a desirable MBA, CFA, CBV, or ACA.
  • A successful track record in evaluating business and/or major capital initiatives that have had a high impact on a high-growth company.
  • Proven ability to analyze, evaluate, and make recommendations on strategic questions and draw conclusions from large and/or complex data sources.
  • Proven ability to partner with other functions/business leaders on complex problems and business issues.
  • The ability to influence and guide stakeholders.
