We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at First Choice Staff. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong client base of 125+ courier accounts, building and maintaining B2B relationships, and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in the courier or cargo freight industry, with a proven track record of success in account management. They will be able to communicate effectively with clients, address concerns, and resolve conflicts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a strong client base of 125+ courier accounts, building and maintaining B2B relationships.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Raise client business concerns and needs to company management.
  • Negotiate and close business contracts with existing and new clients.
  • Deliver sales pitches to prospective clients.
  • Prepare and present business and account updates to company management and clients.
  • Monitor client budgets and explain costs or expenditures, discussing new terms as necessary.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction with courier services provided.
  • Visit clients regularly to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Deal with customer queries and courier job issues.
  • Work with CRM to ensure each customer has relevant up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the courier or cargo freight industry.
  • Proven track record of success in account management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
