Position: Campaign Executive

Employment Type: Full-time, Temporary - 12 month contract covering maternity leave (Hybrid)

Salary: £25,000 per annum

Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven Campaign Executive to contribute to the success of our marketing initiatives at Buzz Bingo. This role involves collaborating on the planning and execution of various marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assessing incoming briefs from stakeholders to ensure all essential information is included and campaign objectives are clearly defined.
  • Prioritizing incoming briefs to ensure that high-priority campaigns receive optimal promotional placement across our marketing channels.
  • Preparing copy briefs to support campaigns, ensuring key messages are effectively communicated and align with the brand's tone of voice.
  • Coordinating design briefs for assets that highlight key messages and are visually appealing while adhering to the Buzz brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with our marketing agency for the production and printing of physical assets, including budget oversight and management.
  • Working with the CMS team to ensure campaign promotions are accurately represented on the site pages.
  • Coordinating with CRM teams to ensure key campaigns are accurately reflected in customer communication plans.
  • Implementing quality check processes to ensure all campaign information and assets are accurate and compliant.
  • Participating in interdepartmental meetings to explore how we can support each other's campaigns.
  • Clearly communicating upcoming campaign plans to stakeholders, particularly the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
  • Reviewing completed campaigns, summarizing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Supporting a test-and-learn approach to campaigns and contributing ideas for future enhancements and experiments.
  • Assisting the broader Retention Team with administrative tasks, distributed on a rotational basis.

Candidate Requirements:
  • Proven experience in supporting marketing through owned channels, including on-site content and digital asset creation.
  • Familiarity with processes for delivering marketing from initial brief to post-campaign evaluation.
  • Understanding of messaging hierarchy to ensure the most critical messages receive appropriate focus.
  • Experience in brand creative, ensuring campaigns are engaging while remaining consistent with brand identity.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy in spelling and grammar.
  • Experience in presenting campaign metrics and results to stakeholders, along with recommendations for future improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment and adapt to changes effectively.
