Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing incoming project briefs from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive understanding of campaign objectives.
  • Prioritizing project briefs to guarantee that high-impact campaigns receive optimal promotional exposure across our marketing platforms.
  • Collaborating on copy development to support campaigns, ensuring clarity and alignment with our brand's voice.
  • Coordinating design briefs for marketing materials that emphasize key messages and maintain brand consistency.
  • Working closely with our marketing agency for the production and distribution of physical marketing assets, including budget oversight.
  • Engaging with the CMS team to ensure proper promotion of campaigns on relevant site pages.
  • Collaborating with CRM teams to accurately represent campaigns in customer communication strategies.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes to verify that all campaign information and materials are accurate and compliant.
  • Participating in interdepartmental meetings to explore collaborative opportunities for campaign support.
  • Effectively communicating upcoming campaign strategies to stakeholders, particularly the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
  • Evaluating completed campaigns, summarizing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Encouraging a test-and-learn culture within campaigns and contributing innovative ideas for enhancements.
  • Assisting the broader Retention Team with administrative tasks, shared on a rotational basis.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in supporting marketing through owned channels, including digital content and point-of-sale materials.
  • Familiarity with processes for delivering marketing from initial brief to post-campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of messaging hierarchy to prioritize key communications effectively.
  • Experience in brand creative, ensuring campaigns are engaging while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy in grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to present campaign metrics and results to stakeholders, offering insights for future enhancements.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Adept at thriving in a fast-paced marketing environment and adapting to changes.
