Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Campaign Executive to contribute to our marketing initiatives at Buzz Bingo. This role is essential in facilitating the planning and execution of various promotional campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing incoming project briefs from stakeholders to ensure comprehensive information and clear campaign objectives.
  • Prioritizing project briefs to guarantee that high-priority campaigns receive optimal promotional exposure across our marketing platforms.
  • Providing detailed briefs for copywriting to support campaigns, ensuring clarity of key messages while adhering to brand voice.
  • Commissioning design work for promotional materials that emphasize key messages and align with the Buzz brand aesthetic.
  • Collaborating with our marketing agency for the production and distribution of physical marketing materials, including budget oversight.
  • Coordinating with the CMS team to ensure effective promotion of campaigns on relevant site pages.
  • Working alongside CRM teams to accurately represent key campaigns in customer communication strategies.
  • Implementing quality assurance processes to verify the accuracy and compliance of all campaign materials.
  • Participating in interdepartmental meetings to explore collaborative opportunities for campaign support.
  • Effectively communicating upcoming campaign strategies to stakeholders, particularly the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
  • Analyzing completed campaigns, summarizing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Encouraging a test-and-learn approach to campaigns and contributing innovative ideas for future enhancements.
  • Assisting the broader Retention Team with administrative tasks, shared on a rotational basis.

Qualifications
  • Experience in supporting marketing initiatives through owned channels, including digital content and point-of-sale materials.
  • Proven ability to follow processes from initial brief to post-campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of messaging hierarchy to ensure focus on the most critical messages.
  • Experience in brand creative, ensuring campaigns are engaging while remaining true to brand identity.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and grammatical accuracy.
  • Experience in presenting campaign metrics and providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment and adapt to changes efficiently.
