Position Overview
As a key player in our marketing department, the Campaign Executive will be responsible for facilitating the planning and implementation of promotional initiatives. This role is crucial for driving our marketing efforts and ensuring successful campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessing incoming project briefs from various stakeholders to ensure comprehensive information is provided and campaign objectives are well-defined.
  • Prioritizing project briefs to guarantee that high-priority campaigns receive optimal promotional visibility across our marketing platforms.
  • Collaborating with copywriters to develop campaign messaging that aligns with our brand's voice and effectively communicates key points.
  • Coordinating with design teams to create visually appealing assets that highlight essential messages while adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Working closely with marketing agencies for the production and distribution of physical marketing materials, including budget oversight.
  • Engaging with the CMS team to ensure proper placement of campaigns on our website.
  • Collaborating with CRM teams to accurately represent key campaigns in customer communication strategies.
  • Conducting quality assurance checks to confirm that all campaign details and materials are accurate and compliant.
  • Participating in cross-departmental meetings to explore mutual support for campaigns.
  • Effectively communicating upcoming campaign strategies to stakeholders, particularly the Customer Service and Social Media teams.
  • Evaluating completed campaigns, summarizing outcomes, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Encouraging a test-and-learn approach to campaigns and contributing innovative ideas for future enhancements.
  • Assisting the broader Retention Team with administrative tasks on a rotational basis.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in supporting marketing initiatives through owned channels, including website content and digital asset creation.
  • Familiarity with processes that guide marketing from initial brief to post-campaign analysis.
  • Understanding of messaging hierarchy to ensure that the most critical messages receive appropriate emphasis.
  • Experience in brand creative, ensuring campaigns are engaging while remaining true to brand identity.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on clarity and accuracy in spelling and grammar.
  • Ability to present campaign metrics and results to stakeholders, offering recommendations for future improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced marketing environment and responsive to changes.
