About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Page Personnel Finance. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the organization's day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, and initial interviews
  • Work closely with new hires to ensure a smooth integration into the company
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with GDPR regulations
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business objectives
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance on HR best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Relevant degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • A solutions-oriented approach with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with discretion and integrity
