Structural Designer Role at Wood:

  • Be part of a diverse engineering group focusing on projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
  • Enhance engineering practices by converting design ideas into practical solutions.
  • Generate engineering drawings based on initial sketches and design data.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for various structures including commercial, industrial, and civil projects.
  • Handle technical tasks that vary in complexity and scope.

Required Qualifications:

  • At least ISCED level 5 short-cycle tertiary education in engineering.
  • Possession of valid Offshore Certifications is essential.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Thorough understanding of materials and methods relevant to the discipline.
  • Ability to interpret key engineering documents such as standards and specifications.
  • Proficient in CAD and other design software.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with PDMS and E3D CAD software.
  • Valid Offshore Certifications are required.
