Position Overview:
As a key member of the management team, the Assistant Housekeeping Manager will play a vital role in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service expected at Hand Picked Hotels. This position requires a proactive leader who can inspire and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate the Housekeeping Team to ensure consistent delivery of outstanding service, placing guest satisfaction at the forefront of all activities.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of a dedicated team, fostering an environment where team members can excel and exceed guest expectations.
  • Regularly monitor and enhance the adherence to company brand standards and operational procedures.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure, making informed decisions while collaborating with team members to achieve shared objectives.
  • Possess a solid understanding of financial aspects related to the business, including labor costs, inventory management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Encourage a positive and enjoyable workplace culture, ensuring that all team members feel valued and engaged.

  • Proven experience in a housekeeping management role within a luxury hotel environment.
