Position Overview:
We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Ettington Park Hotel, a prestigious property within the Hand Picked Hotels portfolio. This hotel is the only AA 4 Red Star establishment in Stratford-upon-Avon, celebrated as one of the finest in Warwickshire. Nestled within 40 acres of beautiful parkland, the hotel features 47 charming bedrooms and offers exquisite seasonal cuisine in its 2AA Rosette restaurant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead by example, motivating and inspiring the Housekeeping Team to consistently deliver exceptional service, prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and coach a highly motivated team, encouraging them to exceed guest expectations at every opportunity.
  • Monitor and enhance the delivery of company brand standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, making clear and confident decisions while collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Possess a solid understanding of business financials, including labor costs, stock control, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Foster a fun and inspiring work environment, being an integral part of our passionate Hand Picked Team.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management within a 4 or 5-star luxury hotel setting.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining exceptionally high cleanliness standards.
  • Experience in training and coaching colleagues, with a focus on motivating others to excel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility in work approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with both colleagues and guests.
