**Job Summary**:
**The main responsibilities include**:

- Manage and lead the housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning methods and hotel policies.
- Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness meets hotel standards.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle guest complaints or requests regarding housekeeping services.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations.
- Previous experience in housekeeping management within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and chemical safety.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations in a hotel setting.
- Flexibility to work shifts including weekends and bank holidays

**Please Note**:
Pay: From £21,000.00 per year
