About the Role:
We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager at Ettington Park Hotel, a part of Hand Picked Hotels. Recognized as the only AA 4 Red Star hotel in Stratford-upon-Avon, Ettington Park is celebrated as one of the premier hotels in Warwickshire, nestled within 40 acres of picturesque parkland, featuring 47 uniquely styled bedrooms and a 2AA Rosette restaurant offering the finest seasonal cuisine.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Housekeeping Team by example, ensuring they are motivated and inspired to provide exceptional service, always prioritizing guest satisfaction.
  • Recruit, train, and coach a dedicated team capable of exceeding guest expectations at every opportunity.
  • Monitor and enhance the delivery of brand standards and standard operating procedures.
  • Work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines, making confident decisions while collaborating with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Possess a solid understanding of business financials, including labor costs, stock management, forecasting, and budgeting.
  • Foster a fun and inspiring work environment, becoming an integral part of our passionate Hand Picked Team.

Candidate Profile:
  • Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management within a 4 or 5-star luxury setting.
