We are seeking an experienced Sales/Project Director to join our team at Universal Business Team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and reputable business as we transition from a family-run to a more formal structure, with ambitious growth plans over the next 3 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales growth and hit targets by successfully managing sales leads
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand our customer base and build business value
  • Actively engage in goal setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of the sales team
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with a partnership approach
  • Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Requirements
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous experience in a Sales Director or Project Director position
  • Experience in building strong relationships with clients
  • Experience with delivering presentations to clients
