About the Role

Venus Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive or Business Development Manager to drive business growth and uncover new opportunities through warm calls. This role is based in a lively and busy office environment, perfect for a positive, driven, and experienced individual.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify potential clients and prospects via telephone and record all relevant information in the internal CRM system.
  • Track every opportunity through the entire sales cycle, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with partners.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and portfolio, enabling intelligent communication with clients.
  • Work closely with the Managing Director to establish and achieve key objectives, KPIs, and targets.
